Product Condition & Accuracy
Paper & Twine Homeschool Supply specializes in the resale of used homeschool curriculum, educational books, and related materials. Because many items are pre-owned:
- Products may show signs of normal use including highlighting, minimal writing, shelf wear, bent corners, or missing supplemental materials unless otherwise noted.
- We make every effort to accurately describe item condition and contents so customers understand exactly what they are purchasing. We also use an A-to-C grading system to better communicate product condition.
- Actual product photos are provided to help represent the item’s condition.
- Minor cosmetic imperfections may not always be individually listed.
Curriculum Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review product descriptions before purchasing. Curriculum choices, editions, teaching styles, and educational compatibility vary by family.
- We cannot guarantee that a curriculum will fit your individual homeschool needs or preferences.
- Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with curriculum style, teaching method, educational approach, or change of mind after purchase.
Sales & Payment
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
- Payment is required before orders are processed or shipped.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, inventory inaccuracies, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Shipping Policy
- Orders are typically shipped within 48 business hours unless otherwise stated.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
- Shipping delays caused by carriers or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are considered final. However, we understand that unique situations can occur and encourage customers to contact us with concerns.
- Return or refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis for issues such as damaged shipments or significant listing errors.
- Approved returns must be authorized prior to being sent back.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was made by Paper & Twine Homeschool Supply.
Inventory & Availability
Because many items are one-of-a-kind used materials:
- Inventory is limited and subject to availability.
- Items placed in a cart are not guaranteed until checkout is completed.
- We reserve the right to remove or discontinue products at any time.
